Chicken Roll-Ups

  1. Spray a large cold saucepan with Pam. Add celery, mushrooms, carrots, onion and garlic. Cook until tender.
  2. Stir cut up drained tomatoes, sauce, Italian seasoning and sugar into vegetables. Bring to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Reduce to 2 cups.
