Spicy Tuna Salad
- 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 3 heaping Tbsp. relish
- 2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt or regular salt
- 2 (6 oz. size) cans tuna, drained of fluid
- 2 drops lemon juice (optional)
- 3 lb. ground meat
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 small bunch green onions (use green end only), chopped fine (1/2 c.)
- 1 large can Del Monte stewed tomatoes (the kind with green peppers in it)
- 1/2 stick Parkay
- 2 c. Heinz ketchup
- 1 tall can Joan of Arc red-skinned kidney beans
- 5 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 to 2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large head lettuce, finely chopped in thin wedges
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 giant bag tortilla chips
- 4 to 6 large ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 lb. breakfast steaks (sirloin tip steak that is bought sliced thin)
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped in large pieces
- 1 large white sweet Vidalia or Bermuda onion, in thin circular slices
- 1 lb. shredded jalapeno peppered cheese or your choice of cheese
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 to 4 c. large potatoes, thickly sliced and French-fried
- 1 large bottle buttermilk Ranch salad dressing
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters (optional)
- Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- Fry potatoes in deep fryer.
- While they are cooking, prepare rest of dish.
