Shrimp And Chicken Saute

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until it turns white and begins to brown.
  3. Add shrimp; sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is lightly brown and shrimp is pink.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken and shrimp; set aside.
