Drunken Martini Tomatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. (Slice tomatoes in half if they are larger than bite-size.) Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Adjust seasonings before serving if necessary.
  4. Serve with cocktail picks.
  5. Note: Artichoke hearts or spicy boiled shrimp may also be added to marinade.
