Pecan Jumbo Fudge Pie

  1. Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, pecans and whipped cream.
  2. Pour mixture into Oreo crust. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Before serving, pipe sweetened cream around edge of entire pie or on each piece and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish, if desired. Yield: One 9-inch pie.
