Stir-Fry

  1. In a small bowl, combine
  2. beef or chicken with soy sauce and ginger.
  3. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan or wok, uncovered, at medium-high for about 2 minutes. Add about half of vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Add remaining vegetables and stir 2 minutes more.
  6. Remove vegetables and heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
  7. Add half of your meat.
  8. Stir 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Repeat with other half of meat.
  10. Combine water, cornstarch and sugar.
  11. Stir into meat mixture.
  12. Cook until thickened.
  13. Reduce heat to low for serving.
  14. Serve with rice.
