Jumbo Shells With Meat

  1. Cook shells half done; drain water.
  2. In large bowl, mix salt, pepper, 1/2 can Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, garlic, parsley and seasoned salt together.
  3. Brown ground beef, onion and mushrooms; drain excess fat and mix with other.
  4. Add egg.
  5. Take 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce and put in bottom of baking pan.
  6. Fill shells with meat sauce; place in pan after all shells are filled. Top with spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with other half of Parmesan cheese and 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil; bake at 375u0b0 for about 30 minutes.
