Bacon Cheddar Puffs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 Oscar Mayer bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Bring milk and margarine to boil over medium heat.
- Add flour, all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.
- Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased, foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Wrap securely; freeze.
