Marinated Flank Steak

  1. In large, shallow dish or self-sealing plastic bag, combine lemon juice, water, oil, rosemary, garlic and bouillon.
  2. Mix well. Add steak; cover dish or seal bag.
  3. Marinate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Prepare outdoor grill for cooking.
  5. Remove meat from marinade.
  6. Transfer marinade to small saucepan.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Boil 1 minute and set aside.
  9. Place steak on grill.
  10. Grill 15 minutes, basting frequently with marinade.
  11. To serve, slice steak thinly and accompany with fettuccine and green beans.
  12. Yields 5 servings (per serving 475 calories, 18 g fat).
