Hamburger Roll-Up

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients to form a stiff dough and roll into a rectangle.
  2. Mix hamburger, water and salt; sprinkle on a little flour so mixture will stick together.
  3. Now spread hamburger mixture over dough.
  4. Roll up like a jelly roll.
  5. Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
  6. Mix next 7 ingredients and simmer for about 35 minutes.
  7. Now transfer this mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Then lay hamburger roll on top and add the 1 pint water.
  8. Bake in a slow oven for about 30 minutes.
