Hamburger Roll-Up
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- flour
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can water
- 1 pt. water
- Mix first 5 ingredients to form a stiff dough and roll into a rectangle.
- Mix hamburger, water and salt; sprinkle on a little flour so mixture will stick together.
- Now spread hamburger mixture over dough.
- Roll up like a jelly roll.
- Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
- Mix next 7 ingredients and simmer for about 35 minutes.
- Now transfer this mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Then lay hamburger roll on top and add the 1 pint water.
- Bake in a slow oven for about 30 minutes.
