Broccoli Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Heat small saucepan of water to boiling.
  3. Add broccoli to pan and cook 2 minutes; drain.
  4. Combine Ricotta and Mozzarella in small bowl.
  5. Spread over prepared pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border.
  6. Arrange 1/4 cup broccoli in center, then arrange remaining broccoli around edge of Ricotta.
  7. Spoon tomato sauce over exposed Ricotta mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake pizza 10 minutes.
  10. Cut into 8 wedges.
