Broccoli Bake
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
- 2 1/2 c. small broccoli florets
- 3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. prepared tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
- Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
- Heat small saucepan of water to boiling.
- Add broccoli to pan and cook 2 minutes; drain.
- Combine Ricotta and Mozzarella in small bowl.
- Spread over prepared pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border.
- Arrange 1/4 cup broccoli in center, then arrange remaining broccoli around edge of Ricotta.
- Spoon tomato sauce over exposed Ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
- Bake pizza 10 minutes.
- Cut into 8 wedges.
