Healthy Stroganoff

  1. Put water on to boil separately for the noodles.
  2. While it is heating, slice beef into thin strips.
  3. Melt the margarine in a skillet or wok.
  4. Coat the skillet using a pastry brush.
  5. Brown half of the strips at a time for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Set aside in a bowl. Saute the mushrooms in the same skillet until tender.
  7. Set the mushrooms aside with the beef strips.
  8. Add the wine, water and bouillon to the skillet.
  9. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil gently for 3 minutes.
