Smoked Trout Appetizer Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Flake smoked trout into a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and yellow mustard.
  3. Make Toasts: Brush baguette slices with olive oil, and season with salt. Toast in oven until golden and crisp.
  4. Spread trout mixture on toasts. Top with sliced radishes and a little chopped dill.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
