Graham Cracker Crumb Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Beat sugars and butter with a mixer at medium speed until well blended and creamy. Add egg whites and vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, level with a knife. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and stir everything with a wisk until well combined.
  4. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture alternatly with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
  5. Spoon batter into a 9inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Tap the pan once on the counter to get rid of bubbles.
  6. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
  8. Enjoy!
