Batter Fried Shrimp

  1. Chill shrimp.
  2. Process marmalade, juices, horsey, and mustard in blender until smooth.
  3. Combine flour, b.p., salt and paprika in bowl. Slowly add oil and stir until mixture leaves the side of the bowl and forms a ball.
  4. Gradually add water, stirring until blended (batter will be thick).
  5. Dip shrimp and fry a few at a time in hot oil.
  6. Serve with sauce.
