Pina Colada Pound Cake

  1. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs and 1/3 cup pineapple juice.
  4. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined.
  5. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
  6. Add pineapple and coconut; stir by hand until blended.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.
  9. Cool; remove from pan.
