Mrs. Perini'S Special Chicken

  1. Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk together.
  3. Pour some of the mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer fresh raw vegetables on the soup mixture.
  5. Place skinned chicken breasts over raw vegetables and pour rest of soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables, covering completely.
  6. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for one hour.
  9. Serve over cooked rice.
