Striped Delight
- 35 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed (3 c.)
- 6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 5 c. Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping
- 3 1/4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O chocolate flavor pudding and pie filling
- Mix crushed cookies and margarine in a medium bowl.
- Press firmly into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in medium bowl until smooth.
- Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping; spread over crust.
- Pour 3 1/4 cups milk in large bowl.
- Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drop 3 cups of Cool Whip by spoonfuls over pudding.
- Spread to cover pudding.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
