Paella

  1. Brown chicken pieces in olive oil.
  2. Add chorizo and break apart with a fork.tdd ham and brown slightly. Stir in onion, green pepper, tomato and garlic. Push vegetables and meat aside. Add rice to center of pan and saut 5 minutes.
  3. Then add chicken broth and stir in saffron. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes. Stir in shrimp, pimento and peas. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
