Peaches And Cream Cake

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk; beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a greased 9-inch deep dish or regular pie pan.
  3. Lay peach slices over batter.
  4. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cupful of sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice. Beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Spread evenly over top of cake, leaving 1 inch around edge.
  6. Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle over top.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Serves 8.
