Live-Longer Casserole

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together spinach, tomatoes, zucchini and salt (optional); add to onion-mushroom mixture. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Cook spaghetti 15 minutes in boiling water, drain and add to vegetable mixture.
  4. Spray 9 x 13-inch casserole with cooking spray; pour vegetable mixture into casserole.
  5. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
