The Baldpate Inn Cornbread

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until blended and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Gradually beat in corn and cheeses. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  5. Place in oven, close door, immediately reduce heat to 300u0b0F and bake 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Top will still look moist.
  6. Serve warm.
