Seafood Salad

  1. Place cod in pan and pour enough water and chicken broth to cover.
  2. Remove fish and bring liquid to boil.
  3. Add cod; reduce heat to low and simmer about 5 minutes or until cod is opaque and separates easily into large flakes.
  4. Remove fish from liquid and cool.
  5. Flake fish, removing skin and bones.
