Stir-Fry Roy
- 2 small boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental 5 spice powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- chopped parsley
- 1/2 lb. bowknots or rotini noodles
- In wok or large frying pan, brown chicken and sausage in olive oil.
- Add the carrots and onions.
- Saute until wilted.
- Add the 5 spice powder.
- Mix until meat and vegetables are coated.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles and add sprinkles of parsley.
- Add rest of ingredients on top of noodles to serve.
