Microwave Lasagne

  1. Brown and crumble beef (4 minutes, plus 4 minutes).
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
  3. Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and black pepper.
  4. In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce, alternating layer of noodles, egg mixture (spread on noodles), Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers.
  5. Heat, covered, 8 minutes on High.
  6. Microwave 30 to 32 minutes on Medium-low or until noodles are tender.
  7. Top with Parmesan; let stand 15 minutes.
  8. Keep covered.
  9. Can freeze.
  10. Serves 6.
