Chocolate Chip Bars

  1. Cream margarine and the next 2 ingredients at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.
  4. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  5. Press cookie dough into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan.
  8. Yields 4 dozen (serving size is 1 bar).
