Hg'S Kfc-Ya Later Bowl! Weight Watchers = 5 Points

  1. In a covered dish, microwave butternut squash pieces for 4 - 6 minutes (until tender) in a very small amount of water.
  2. Drain very well and then mash squash with the skim milk and a little salt.
  3. Place mashed squash in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Next, sprinkle corn niblets over your squash.
  5. Prepare "chicken" patty according to package and cut into small pieces.
  6. Place patty pieces on top of your corn-topped squash.
  7. Drizzle with gravy.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
