Jill'S Peachy Fruitcake

  1. In a very large mixing bowl, stir together flour and brown sugar, soda and spices.
  2. Stir in fruits, peels, nuts and raisins. Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 5 mini loaf pans.
  5. Bake 2 hours or until done at 300u0b0.
  6. Remove from pans.
  7. Wrap in clear wrap or foil and store in a cool place.
  8. Add ribbon or holly or miniature bottle of brandy to be used for soaking cloth by lucky recipient.
