Carolina Deviled Seafood

  1. Prepare all seafood; cook until tender, adding oysters afterwards.
  2. Cut up vegetables; cook the celery, onion and pepper until tender and add to seafood with the mashed potatoes, red pepper, salt and Worcestershire to taste.
  3. Add 1 or 2 eggs with sufficient cracker crumbs to make right consistency to fill ramekins or shells which have been greased with a little butter. After filling, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for about 10 minutes in a hot oven.
  4. Serve with lemon as a garnish.
  5. Serves 8.
