Cheesy Leek-Ground Meat Soup

  1. Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add meat and brown.
  3. Add leeks and cook until soft, stirring occasionally. This took me about 5 minutes.
  4. Add everything else other than the cheese spread and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Add cheese spread and cook for 5 more minutes. Taste and adjust spices if necessary. Serve hot with good bread like a fresh baguette.
