Chicken Quiche

  1. Place pastry shell on a preheated baking sheet in a 450u0b0 oven. Bake at 450u0b0 for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven.
  3. Reduce oven to 325u0b0.
  4. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, flour, onion, parsley, basil, salt, mustard and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and chicken evenly over the partially baked pastry shell.
  6. Pour egg mixture over all.
  7. Bake in 325u0b0 oven about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
