Italian Style Brazzoli

  1. Place meat in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
  2. Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
  3. Put in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
  4. Drain. Stir in parsley, salt, basil, pepper, garlic and water; re-cover. Put microwave on simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
  6. Re-cover and continue cooking on simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is fork-tender.
  7. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve over spaghetti. Can substitute noodles for spaghetti.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
