Nathan'S Favorite Lasagne

  1. Cook noodles; drain.
  2. Mince garlic; brown lightly with crumbled beef in oil.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Butter large casserole.
  5. Cover bottom with layer of noodles.
  6. Add sliced cheese, Ricotta, then meat mixture.
  7. Repeat layers; top with Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 375u0b0.
  9. Can be made day before and reheated, uncovered.
  10. Good with green salad, mandarin oranges and French bread.
