Cabbage Lasagna

  1. Saute ground turkey, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned.
  2. Boil cabbage until tender.
  3. Save 2 cups liquid and drain off excess.
  4. Combine 2 cups liquid, oregano, pepper, salt, and tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Add meat, onion, and pepper to mixture.
  6. In a 9x13 pan pour half of meat mixture, then add cabbage, Pour remaining meat mixture and then top with shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake at 400 until cheese is browned, about 30-45 minutes.
