King Ranch Chicken

  1. Boil and debone chicken and save broth.
  2. Saute onion and peppers in butter.
  3. Mix with soups and tomatoes.
  4. Dip tortillas in chicken broth and cover 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Add layer of chicken, soup mixture and cheese, then repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Sprinkle top with chili and garlic powder.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
