Golden Harvest Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Line muffin cups with paper liners. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  3. In 4-quart bowl, combine all-purpose and wheat flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
  4. Add apples, carrots, coconut, raisins and nuts.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
  7. Stir just until moistened.
  8. Fill cups 2/3 full.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  10. May freeze in freezer bags up to 1 month.
