Quick Manicotti
- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- several pinches of Italian seasoning
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (15.5 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. whole oregano
- 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook shells according to package directions.
- Drain; rinse in cold water.
- Set aside.
- Saute ground beef and garlic.
- Drain. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to skillet.
- Stir.
- Stuff shells with mixture.
- Place stuffed shells in baking dish.
- Combine spaghetti sauce, oregano and Italian seasoning.
- Pour over shells.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 20 minutes.
