Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cut 12 doughnuts and holes from bread.
  2. Remove crust from scraps, fitting scraps in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place cheese slices in layer over bread, followed by a layer of broccoli, then a layer of ham.
  3. Arrange bread doughnuts and holes on top.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered in slow 325u0b0 oven for 55 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle some grated cheese over top 5 minutes before end of baking.
  8. Serves 12.
