Meat Loaf With Pecan Stuffing

  1. Combine
  2. beef
  3. with
  4. green
  5. pepper,
  6. onion, salt, sauce, white bread crumbs, milk and 1 egg.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Place 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of greased loaf pan.
  9. Combine 1 egg, fat,
  10. whole wheat
  11. bread crumbs, celery, black pepper and meat stock
  12. or water.
  13. Add
  14. to this chopped pecans; mix thoroughly. Spread
  15. on top of meat mixture.
  16. Arrange remaining meat mixture on top
  17. of pecan
  18. stuffing.
  19. Bake
  20. at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours and cool slightly before removing from pan.
  21. Serves 10.
