Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Dissolve
  2. yeast
  3. in warm water;
  4. add cake mix, salt and enough flour
  5. so you can handle the dough.
  6. Knead then put in pan
  7. to rise.
  8. When
  9. double in size, punch down and divide in half.
  10. Roll out,
  11. thentut cinnamon, brown sugar, oleo, nuts and
  12. raisins
  13. on dough.
  14. Roll
  15. up jelly roll fashion.
  16. Cut in 1/2-inch
  17. slices. Have ready 2 (9 x 12-inch pans).
  18. Have oleo and
  19. brown
  20. sugar
  21. in bottom of pan.
  22. Place rolls on top.
  23. Let rise and bake at 350u0b0 about 20 minutes.
  24. May be put in refrigerator and baked next day. Be sure and let rise.
  25. Will take a little
  26. longer
  27. to bake.
  28. A powdered sugar and water glaze can be put over top if you wish. Very good.
