Pan Roasted Cajun Chickpeas

  1. Mix spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Combine flour with 2-3 tsp of spice mixture.
  3. Drain and rinse chickpeas and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Roll chickpeas in flour mixture until lightly dusted, Shake off excess flour.
  6. Cook in batches, shaking chickpeas occasionally, until browned.
  7. Remove from pan and serve warm.
