Taco Crescent Pie
- 2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. stuffed green olives
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- taco sauce
- Brown ground chuck and drain.
- Add taco mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate rolls and put in ungreased 9 x 10-inch pie plate to make crust.
- Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips over bottom crust. Spoon on meat mixture, the sour cream, cheese and top with remaining corn chips.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Top individual servings with as much lettuce, tomato and taco sauce as desired.
- Freezes well.
