Chicken Breasts With Vegetables(And Wine Cream Sauce)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 to 2 celery stalks
- 1 medium onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 boned chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. brown beef stock
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- Cut vegetables into
- very
- small
- cubes.
- Cook in frypan with butter and salt
- for
- 5
- minutes until tender.
- Rub breast with lemon juice and
- salt.
- Roll
- them in butter and vegetable mixture.
- Place all in casserole dish and cover with a buttered piece of waxed paper.
- Place in a 400u0b0 oven for 6 to 12 minutes or until done.
- Place on warm platter while making sauce.
