Chicken Breasts With Vegetables(And Wine Cream Sauce)

  1. Cut vegetables into

  5. Cook in frypan with butter and salt

  8. minutes until tender.
  9. Rub breast with lemon juice and
  10. salt.
  11. Roll
  12. them in butter and vegetable mixture.
  13. Place all in casserole dish and cover with a buttered piece of waxed paper.
  14. Place in a 400u0b0 oven for 6 to 12 minutes or until done.
  15. Place on warm platter while making sauce.
