Baked Chicken
- 1 frying chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small can shrimp
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- Melt margarine in pan.
- Roll chicken in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Take out of oven and turn.
- Drain pineapple and add green peppers, chopped onion, olives, chunk pineapple and shrimp.
- Mix pineapple juice, soup and chili sauce and pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- The temperature may be lowered after this time and the chicken can be left in the oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
