Nif'S Pork & Cranberry Meatballs

  1. Stir together garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper. If you can make it into a paste (with a mortar and pestle or mash together with the back of a spoon), that's even better.
  2. In a large bowl, combine everything with your hands. Work ingredients until the are completely mixed. Make into approximately 30 meatballs.
  3. You can cook these in a nonstick pan or in the oven at 350F until cooked through, internal temperature being 160u0b0F . The time depends on how big you make your meatballs.
