Polish Beer Rye Bread (Bread Machine)

  1. Open the container or beer and let stand at room temperature for a few hours to go flat.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Set crust on medium and program for Basic cycle; press Start.
  4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
  5. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
