Italian Spaghetti

  1. Cook meat in a heavy iron skillet until the meat is well done and all the fat is cooked out.
  2. Pour into colander to drain off any remaining grease.
  3. Run hot water over the meat to wash.
  4. Wipe the grease from skillet with paper towels.
  5. Return meat to skillet.
  6. Add all other ingredients except cheese.
  7. Cook on low heat until well done, usually 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Cook spaghetti until tender.
  9. Drain and mix with sauce in a 2-3 quart casserole dish and cook in oven at 350 to 400 degrees until it cooks through, 20-30 minutes.
  10. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese.
