Super Bowl Casserole
- 2 lb. hamburger meat (ground chuck)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Saute meat and onions; drain off excess grease.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine soups, sauce and chilies and add to meat.
- Tear tortillas into small pieces and line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish that has been lightly greased (use Pam spray).
- Pour some of meat mixture over tortillas and continue to layer tortillas and meat mixture, ending with tortillas.
- Top with grated cheese and bake for about 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Serves 8.
