Baked Fish With Orange Sauce(Venezuelan Dish)

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Rub fish with lemon, cut in half; rinse.
  3. In a blender or food processor, pour the orange juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  4. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, pimiento, paprika, onion and the oil.
  5. Blend well and pour it over fish.
  6. Once the fish is all covered with the sauce, put everything in an oven pan and let the fish marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
