Baked Fish With Orange Sauce(Venezuelan Dish)
- 3 lb. fish (fresh is good to bake)
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 whole pimiento
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
- 1 medium size onion, cut in pieces
- 1/4 c. oil
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
- Rub fish with lemon, cut in half; rinse.
- In a blender or food processor, pour the orange juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Add salt, pepper, ketchup, pimiento, paprika, onion and the oil.
- Blend well and pour it over fish.
- Once the fish is all covered with the sauce, put everything in an oven pan and let the fish marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
