Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Bites

  1. sift togeter dry ingredients.
  2. melt sugar, butter and applesauce together over low heat.
  3. cream together eggs and vanilla.
  4. add sugar, butter and applesauce.
  5. add sifted ingredients.
  6. using a #40 scoop, scoop into mini muffin pans.
  7. bake in 325 degree oven for 13-15 minutes.
